So, 8:31 we placed the order for our main course-the combination platter- in addition to our drinks(sodas) & appetizer (nachos & queso). We had to wait 10 minutes before the waitress acknowledged us, after countless times walking past our table. The problem occurred after we were seated around 8:20. First of all, we had to wait about 15-20 minutes to be seated-that was not a problem, we didn’t mind the wait, especially for the brisket. almost as if we entered the “twilight zone”. The food is always cooked to perfection & the brisket is always tender and well seasoned but most of all they exhibit excellent customer service.
