When an individual or Primary Player is a cash player, the ROL will be a credited as Freeplay on a future voyage and will be calculated as a cost of sale as negotiated Freeplay in that future commission calculation.
ROL shall be void if markers are not settled by the end of the cruise or other due date provided by Cruise Line in writing. “Rebate on Loss” or (also referred to herein as “ROL”) shall mean a percentage of either: (i) an individual Player’s Actual Loss or Actual Result per Trip, or (ii) the aggregate sum of all Players’ Actual Loss per Trip in Cross Referenced Multiple Stateroom Complimentaries issued to the Primary Player, and which amount shall be credited to the individual Player or Primary Player as a reduction of markers owed at settlement, according to the following chart: Gaming Loss
